Inspection + Fault Diagnoses & Repair
Service Description
If you have a fault or leak to report for repair then I will advise that you to book a health check service. The reason I would recommend a Health Check is that this will include not just the diagnoses and repair of the main fault (except the cost of parts) but also a full check on all components, control pack and plumbing plus the 1st hour of any additional repair. All this for £140 rather than fixing one issue that would normally be charged as call out fee . Plus if I find other faults that require parts ordering for an additional visit there is no extra cost for any additional travelling. The only extra you would need to pay is for the additional labour and parts required.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel or reschedule the appointment you have confirmed and paid for online please contact us by email or phone at least 48hrs before the appointment date. Please Note - if we arrive at your address on the confirmed booking date that you made and the owner of the property is not their to allow access to the hot tub and/or we have to cancel the appointment due to reasons beyond our control at your address the deposit may not be refunded. Please ensure that there is clear access to the sides of the Hot Tub (at least 1/2mtr, ideally 1mtr clearance on each side), that there is also a live electrical supply to the Hot Tub without any issues and if the Hot Tub is sunken into decking or a patio that there is access of some kind to the sides of the Hot tub (access covers or liftable decking etc) prior to the visit.
